Ability of removal of particles beyond the limits of the visible world of the microscope

Concept
The combination of the high speed air effect and of the ultrasounds compressed impulses renders this advanced device superior regarding whichever other cleaning system and in a position to completely removing particles of 5 micron.
2. Characteristics
1) A new ultrasounds nozzle generates more powerful ultrasonic waves for a better cleaning performance.
2) The exclusive production technology has concurred in the realization of a nozzle with a thin and uniform jam that offers a constant effect of cleaning along all the active surface.
3) Nearly all the system does not need maintenance. The cleaning or substitution of the filters is the only thing requested.
4) Since the cleaning system is dry, the employment of water or chemical dissolvents neither the participations in drying is demanded. In this way, the operating costs come reduced.

3. Principle of operation
A high pressure air nozzle produces an air high speed effect that acts on the surface of substrates. The formed viscous boundary layer from the air high speed flow catches small particles. The ultrasounds waves with a frequency comprised between the 30 kHz and 120 kHz break off the boundary layer in order to free caught particles. The head of aspiration collects particles of great and small dimensions after having separated them from the substrate thanks to the arranged effect of high pressure and the vhf band ultrasonic waves .

4. System of canalization and structure
The system consists of the head of cleaner; a compressor for the compressed and inhaled air; a filter HEPA for the cleaning of the compressed air; a prefilter, a rough filter that collects removed particles; dampers in order to control the inhaled and compressed air; tubes in order to connect the listed members.
Closed loop system
- System of air recirculation.
- The air equilibrium of the installation areas, like atmospheres isolates, does not come disturbed.
- The pressurization of the air increases the temperature.
Open cycle system
- No virtual increase of the temperature of the air.
- Possibility to use a reduced power compressor.
Compressor
- Turbocompressor to centrifuge force.
Filter
- It's used a high performances filter HEPA in the jam line (report of collection of particles from 0,3µm: 99,97%).
- It's used a cartridge filter of cylindrical shape (25µm) in the line of
aspiration. The filter is planned for easy cleaning and replacing.
- The differential pressostato, mounted on the box of the filter, will indicate the moment in
which the cleaning is demanded or the substitution of the filter.
