1. System characteristics of NSHV-W


The air comes accelerated from the aerodynamic curves of the nozzle in order to inhale particles in effective way. The system works more effectively than the cleaning industrial devices with aspiration of conventional type in the cases in which particles from a mobile tape are removed. This system does not preview the contact directed with the substrate, consequently it does not scratch it or damages it.

3. System of canalization and configuration

The system consists of the cleaning head, the prefilter, the compressor for inhaled air, one damper and tubes in order connecting the members.

  • The microparticles come transported towards the filter from the high speed air flow inhaled .
  • The differential pressostato, mounted on the box of the filter, will indicate when the cleaning or the substitution of the filter is demanded.



4. Suggestions for the installation


1) It is necessary to install the ionizzator in front of the cleaner head in order to neutralize the electrostatic charges.
2) The active length of the cleaning device must be greater of the width of the tape.


3) Since this is an aspiring system, the equilibrium of the air can be disturbed if used in an isolated atmosphere.
