Operation principles

An unique combination of a rotary brush with jet cleaning device with high speed tightened hole type NSHV concurs the removal, without scratches or damages to the sheet, of powder and particles that cannot be removed with the conventional cleaning devices without contact.

Characteristics

1. The joint action of a high speed rotary brush and the cleaning device type NSHV captures effectively wool and particles from the surface of the paper and the edges of the press. It is possible to remove particles of large (little millimeters of diameter) and minimums dimensions (little micron of diameter).
2. The sophisticated mechanism does not cover of wool the paper.
3. The cleaning mechanism of the brush prevents the depositing of the particles just removed.

Principle of particles removal
