Viscosity Control System FKR S4

The Viscosity Control System of Fasnacht + Co guaranties you, with high accuracy, the precise measurement and regulation of viscosity, pH, temperature and level control in the ink tank.
You also can blend your solvents at every single printing unit with the blending you have adjusted and add recipe driven ink and blending.

Components of a Viscosity Control System


Main parts (you must have)

Wash up system WetEnd

The system contains of a valve block and the electronic control. The ink pump - if possible a type that can be run in forward and backwards direction - supplies the printing unit and - if present - the viscosity control with ink.
The electronic control does all the necessary steps to get the system running automatically .

The advantages of the system are:

- short cleaning times 
- hardly any manual operation
- little use of solvent

 



CLEAN THE WEB


Description

The NSHV Web-Cleaner was especially developed to remove foreign particles off 20mm or larger without affecting the web and in a cost effective manner.

The NSHV Web-Cleaner is constructed for use on roll and formed materials or on the base of paper and foils. Each system will be individually adjusted to the requirements of the customer.




Compared to conventional systems and Hydraulic - measuring instruments, the NSHV Web-Cleaner works with a higher air volume and a greater vacuum. The special construction of the nozzle accelerates the aspirated air up to 130 m/s and higher. This hihg air speed causes the lamina film to be destroyed allowing the suspended particles to be sucked off.

Positioning of the Web-Cleaner over a an opposing roller guaranties constant distance between Web and nozzle allowing for reproducible cleaning results. The system doesn't generate any Web vibration and thus any possible impairment of the substrate.
